How long does it take to open an account?

The process is straightforward. Once you submit your enquiry and provide the required ID documents, we’ll confirm your account and arrange a time for you to visit — typically within a few business days.

Can I add an authorised person to my account?

Yes. You can nominate one or more authorised individuals to access your box on your behalf. They will need to complete the same ID verification process as the primary account holder.

Is my information kept private?

Absolutely. Your personal information is handled in strict accordance with the Australian Privacy Act. We do not share your details with third parties, and all account records are kept securely and confidentially.

Can I cancel my rental at any time?

Yes. You can close your account at any time by contacting our team. Please refer to your rental agreement for notice period requirements and any applicable terms regarding early termination.
